Massage for Mum!
Head, Shoulder, Back and Neck massage
In-home seated massage (30 min)
$60
Mums... RECEIVE A FREE MASSAGE!!
Find out how here.
Taking time out for yourself after the birth of your baby is essential for maintaining good health (both physiologically and psychologically), especially in the first year of your baby's life. Whilst comfortably seated and clothed, receiving a head, shoulder, back, face (accupressure) and neck massage is a wonderful way to spend time for YOU to relax and recharge in the comfort of your own home.... no special equipment required!! Relax to the music of Goodnight Lullabies CD. TIP: If bubs is cared for whilst you receive your massage, this is ideal, to enable you to fully relax and indulge on time to nurture yourself.... after all, isn't it about time you did?
Why massage? Massage will help ease muscle strain, tension and stress to the shoulder and neck area, which is often caused by breastfeeding, lifting and carrying your baby and from poor posture. A gentle Massage for Mum! will help relieve insomnia and exhaustion, improve your mood by releasing endorphins, and at the same time promote relaxation. Another benefit is that massage will improve circulation of the lymphatic system and concentration as well as provide relief from mental stress, emotional stress as well as relief from tension headaches.
Regular massage is essential for improving and maintaining your health and wellbeing, especially important during the post natal period. Most of all, it just feels wonderful!
But wait... there's more!
You will also receive as a token of our appreciation, a 'thank you' gift.
The perfect gift certificate... Massage for Mum! is available as a beautifully presented gift certificate. Pamper Mum for Mothers Day, her birthday or any day!
Available Monday through to Saturday, 6 days a week, in the comfort of your home or centre.
