The First Touch Program (newborn to 12 mths infant massage)

Parent education/infant massage course. This course is designed with your child's health, wellbeing and development in mind; we cover the full infant massage routine, including gentle movement/yoga exercises, touch relaxation and the colic massage sequence, Indian massage, Swedish massage, Reflexology, discuss developmental stages and behavioural states, including baby reflexes and cues, introduce songs and lullabies plus a whole lot more!

Why is the IAIM First Touch Program course so successful?
Secure attachment depends on parents being able to support their baby's exploration as well as being able to provide comfort and security.
